Good evening. How was your day today? Anything new going on?
As you know, my new, compression sleeves and gloves have been helping immensely, enabling me to knit a little every day.

I’ve worked on my nephew’s cardigan some more last week. The goal right now is to reach a body length of 8 and 1/2″. (This picture makes the tonal yarn seem lighter than its real, charcoal state, *shrugs*.)
I feel behind in this WIP. I guess I should concentrate on it more than my shawl because I intend to gift this for his December birthday and I want to knit another Gramps for his younger brother’s January birthday. I told my mama I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do that since this pattern has more details than a normal cardigan. And then there’s the older sister (a different knit planned), another December baby. We’ll see; fingers crossed!
Okay, off to finish season two of Zumbo’s Just Desserts. Thank you for your show recommendations. We don’t have Disney+, just Amazon Prime and Netflix. The soon-to-be junior has been marathoning Avatar, the Last Airbender – the cartoon version. I’ve caught bits here and there; it’s pretty epic and a full storyline!
Thanks for poppin by. TTYS.
I do love the Tin Can Knits company! Your sweater is wonderful Stef. Nothing too new going on. We just zoom chatted with our friends who moved to Colorado. We miss them!!! IT was great to see them and chat with them. Hard time to move across the country, and have to put off meeting anyone due to covid. They are great people.

We have been binge watching stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis. We also are up to date on Bosch and Jack Ryan. All on Prime. Gilmore Girls is fun to binge watch too.
Good luck on getting all those youth sweaters completed. Hopefully your hands and arms bold up.

Avatar is amazing. We watched it years ago. I think Little Man is probably old enough to introduce him to it. Stormageddon might want in, we’ll see.

It is SO EPIC. I couldn’t believe it. It goes through the youngins finding love too.

I always have good intentions of watching shows but hardly ever get past the good intentions. Sometimes I chill out in front of the TV and mindlessly watch whatever I can find at the time. Love the Gramps for your nephew, must be a little frustrating that you can only do a little at a time.

It’s hard to do everything, yeah? I’m making better progress on projects which is good.

Oh my gosh! I think I found you! I’ve been searching for you and finally managed to link up via your bloglovin profile that you follow me with! 🙂
I’ve basically dropped off the blogosphere, which is super sad, but TIME! My life has been running in fast forward and even though we’re still in ‘lockdown levels’ over here I’m now homeschooling which I think keeps me busier than ever!
My blog is still open, and I’ll still be posting reviews there, but I just can’t be active enough there and like a ‘blogger’, feeling obligated to comment back to people and keep my numbers up etc. participate in blog hops, weekly features and all the other jazz that I know I don’t HAVE to do but I feel like I HAVE to do it. I HAVE managed to keep up Bookstagramming though – which is so much fun! It’s nice because it’s all on the same platform too and I still get to talk about the books I read with like minded people – there’s just a lot less formatting and code writing required!
ANYWAYS – The long and the short of it is that I’ll still blog reviews, and I’ll still be visiting some bloggers, but I won’t be actually blogging if that makes any sense?

Don’t feel so bad; your daughter is young and it’s hard homeschooling, LOL. Love that you’re having fun bookstagraming.

That cardigan is so cute! I love putting Wyatt in little cardigans like he’s an Oxford scholar. Lol.
We just finished watching The Order, which was so good! We are also watching Nancy Drew and enjoying that as well. I like catching the references to the old book titles. 🙂
